An inmate (64) at the Swaqa Correctional and Rehabilitation Center died from a heart attack Tuesday, according to a source at the Karak Government Hospital.

The inmate was transferred to the hospital for treatment and was later admitted to the Intensive Care Unit, where he died from a heart attack.

The body was transferred to the Forensic Medicine Department and the autopsy report confirmed that the cause of death was a heart attack, adding that there were no signs of violence or injuries.
