QAIA receives customer experience accreditation

Airports Council International (ACI) Sunday awarded the Queen Alia International Airport (QAIA) a level two Airport Customer Experience Accreditation for its commitment to provide excellent service and improve customer satisfaction.

The CEO of Airport International Group (AIG) Nicolas Claude said this is first of its kind in the global airport industry. He also said "We are honored to have been among the first airports to receive this globally accredited recognition, which commends our dedication and continued commitment to developing our airport services, to give our passengers a positive travel experience that will be remembered, and to consolidate the QAIA position as Jordan's main air gateway to the world."
