MP Mohammad al-Ababneh Monday called on the government to help day laborers who were badly affected by the coronavirus crisis.

Ababneh stressed the need for the government to follow a clear plan aimed at addressing the gaps and difficulties caused by the pandemic, especially those affecting day laborers.

He also called on the government to form a plan to tackle poverty and unemployment, which are affecting the lives of many citizens. 

Ababneh expressed his appreciation for the government's efforts to fight coronavirus, especially the establishment of field hospitals and appointing health workers.

He said the government should work on improving hospital infrastructure and support the tourism sector.
