The Minister of Health Nathir Obeidat Thursday announced that the ministry capped the prices of RT/PCR tests at JD 28 across the Kingdom and on the online platform.

This decision came after the Private Medical Laboratories Licensing Committee conducted its periodical review of prices.

The committee will continue reviewing prices on a regular basis based on the COVID-19 situation. They called on all laboratories to adhere to the fixed priced or risk facing penalties.
