The Jordanian Minister of Industry, Trade and Supply Maha Ali, the Iraqi Minister of Industry and Minerals Manhal Aziz al-Khabbaz and the Egyptian Minister of Trade and Industry Nevin Jameh held a virtual meeting Thursday to follow-up on their trilateral ministerial talks, which started in Cairo earlier in December.
The ministers discussed the necessary mechanisms needed to implement outcomes of the Cairo trilateral talks, and agreed on a range of steps to enhance industrial integration and facilitate trade between all three countries, as well as the joint Iraqi-Jordanian economic estate.
National contact parties from the three countries were formed to follow up and discuss the necessary measures to facilitate joint trade, overcome difficulties and frame industrial cooperation and integration.
