Monday, Oman, Saudi Arabia, and Kuwait announced that they will close their land, air and sea borders amid fears over the new coronavirus strain. 

Saudi Arabia halted flights Sunday for a period of one week; Kuwait halted flights Monday until Jan. 1; and Oman will halt flights Tuesday for a period of one week. 

More than 20 countries around the world have already suspended flights to and from the UK.
