Monday, a member of the National Committee for Epidemics, Bassam Hijjawi said on Roya's Nabd Albalad that the number of coronavirus cases in Jordan started to decrease in the past four weeks.
Hijjawi stressed that the COVID-19 vaccine is the main solution to end the coronavirus pandemic, adding that the Ministry of Health has developed a precise plan to use the vaccines upon its arrival.
Jordan has confirmed 262,477 COVID-19 cases since the beginning of the crisis in March. Monday the Kingdom recorded 42 deaths and 2,863 new COVID-19 cases.
