Monday, gold prices dropped in US markets, reaching their lowest level in two weeks. This came due to the weak demand for gold in light of the coronavirus crisis.

According to the Wall Street Journal, gold prices dropped by 1.2 percent in comparison to prices Dec. 2.

In Jordan, the selling price for 21-carat gold is JD 37.30 per gram, while the purchase price is JD 35.80.

The selling price for 24-carat gold is JD 44.20 per gram, while the purchase price is JD 41.30.

Additionally, the selling price for 18-carat gold is JD 33.20 per gram, while the purchase price is JD 30.30.
