Wednesday, the Russian President Vladimir Putin announced that mass vaccinations against coronavirus in Russia will begin by the end of next week, according to Russia Today.

Medical staff and teachers will be the first to get the COVID-19 vaccine.

Russia has had a total of 2,347,401 confirmed coronavirus cases, 41,053 deaths, and 1,830,349 recoveries since the beginning of the crisis.
