Monday, Senator Sakher Dudin told Roya His Majesty King Abdullah II has a “distinguished” relationship with US President-elect Joe Biden.

Dudin indicated that His Majesty will remain the ‘political pole’ in the region and that Jordan will enjoy a unique geopolitical position with a lot of visits from US lawmakers.

He also said the consequences of US President Donald Trump’s peace plan which ‘aims’ for a comprehensive peace agreement between the Israeli occupation and Palestinians, dubbed the ‘deal of the century’ still exist, and that the American administration has always been an ally to the Israeli occupation, especially the Trump administration.

He indicated that President-elect Joe Biden and Vice President-elect Harris made statements about restoring relations with the Palestinian Authority, reopening the PLO office in Washington, and providing financial support to the Palestinians.
