Government announces oil derivative prices for December

The Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources Monday announced the December prices for oil derivatives.

The Fuel Pricing Committee at the Ministry decided to keep the selling price of 90 octane gasoline at 665 fils per liter; the price of 95 octane gasoline at 880 fils per liter; and the price of kerosene at 460 fils per liter.

Diesel prices were raised by 10 fils to become 470 fils per liter.

Brent crude prices rose from USD 40.2 per barrel October to USD 42.5 per barrel November.

As per usual, the committee decided to fix the price of gas cylinders at JD seven.
