The Council of Ministers headed by Prime Minister Bisher Al-Khasawneh Sunday approved the draft general budget and government unit budget bills for the fiscal year 2021, in preparation for their referral to the National Assembly to complete the required constitutional procedures.

The bills will be submitted to the Parliament for endorsement.

More details will follow when the Minister of State for Media Affairs, and the official spokesperson for the government Ali Al-Ayed, and the Minister of Finance, Mohamad Al-Ississ, will hold a press conference Monday to announce further details of the bills.
