Tuesday, Minister of Health Nathir Obiedat announced a reduction in price for PCR tests in private laboratories.

The new price ranges between JD 25 and 30 instead of JD 35, Obiedat said.

Jordan recorded 78 deaths and 4,586 new COVID-19 cases Tuesday, bringing the total number of cases since the beginning of the crisis to 192,996.

The total number of PCR tests conducted recorded in Jordan since the beginning of the crisis is 2,408,242.
