The Ministry of Planning and International Cooperation (MOPIC) Monday announced the suspension of operations at the ministry’s main building Tuesday. The decision came after a number of employees tested positive for coronavirus.
The ministry's spokesperson Issam Majali said MOPIC will shut down for one day to disinfect the building and conduct PCR tests for employees.
The ministry will resume work and receive citizens normally starting Wednesday morning, he added.
