Pleasant weather conditions are expected in Jordan Friday, with a slight chance of showers in different parts of the Kingdom, announced the Jordan Meteorological Department (JMD) said in its daily update.

Additionally the JMD said mild weather conditions are expected in the Jordan Valley, the Dead Sea, and Aqaba.

Winds will be southeasterly moderate, the JMD added.

As for Sunday, the Kingdom will be affected by a cold air mass accompanied by a depression centered over Cyprus, bringing rainfalls and a drop in temperatures, the JMD noted.

Temperatures are expected to range between a high of 24 degrees Celsius and a low of 13 degrees Celsius in Amman,  and a high of 31 degrees Celsius and low of 20 degrees Celsius in Aqaba.
