JMA mourns the death of five doctors due to COVID-19
The Jordanian Medical Association Friday mourned (JMA) the loss of five members who have died due to coronavirus.
The association shared pictures of all five doctors on JMA's official Facebook page, describing them as "martyrs of work and duty".
The doctors are:
- Hamid Abu Abila
- Mohamed Abdelrahman Al-Shari'
- Mohamed Abdelmoneim Al-Duwairy
- Haitham Al-Khashman
- Abbas Mansour
"Doctors and health staff are the real heroes in the face of this pandemic, they are always in the front lines of defense, and are not reluctant to perform their duties despite the risks that threaten their lives," the JMA posted.
