Truck drivers who enter Jordan via al-Omari Border Crossing must undergo a COVID-19 test upon arrival and wait for their PCR results, announced the director general of the Transport Regulatory Authority, Salah al-Lozi Wednesday.

Those who test negative for coronavirus will be subjected to home-quarantine for a period of seven days. However, those who test positive for the virus, must self-isolate for a period of 14 days.

On day 13, they will be tested and if their test results come back negative, they will be released on day 14.
