Four deaths, 410 new COVID-19 cases in Palestine

Palestine has recorded four deaths and 410 new COVID-19 cases over the past 24 hours, announced the Palestinian Minister of Health Mai al-Kileh Saturday.

Three deaths were reported in the West Bank and one in the Gaza Strip.

The recovery rate stands at 88.2 percent, while the active cases rate is 11 percent and the death rate is 0.8 percent.

The new coronavirus cases included 22 in Hebron; 71 in Nablus; 42 in Bethlehem; 13 in Qalqilya; 32 in Ramallah and Al-Bireh; 19 in Jenin; five in Jericho and Al-Aghwar; 12 in Salfit; 26 in Tulkarem; four in Tubas; 156 in Gaza Strip; and eight in the suburbs of Jerusalem.

A total of 305 recovery cases have been recorded involving 69 in Hebron; 22 in Jenin; 41 in Qalqilya; 26 in Nablus; seven in Salfit; 25 in Tulkarem; 115 in Bethlehem; and 77 in Gaza Strip.

Currently, 36 people are in the Intensive Care Unit and eight are on ventilators.
