Jordan has recorded 20 deaths and 1,505 new coronavirus cases on Saturday, all of which are local cases, bringing the total number of cases since the beginning of the crisis to 36,053.

The death toll since the beginning of the crisis in March has reached 330.

The new cases are:

• 939 in Amman
• 181 in Zarqa
• 39 in Mafraq
• 29 in Karak
• 15 in Aqaba
• Six in Tafilah
• 191 in Irbid, including 34 in Ramtha
• 42 in Maan
• 36 in Balqa
• 17 in Jerash
• Seven in Ajlun
• Three in Madaba

A total of 81 recovery cases have been recorded in Jordan on Saturday.

A total of 12,876 PCR tests have been conducted, bringing the total number of COVID-19 tests to 1,548,405.
