Four deaths, 532 new COVID-19 cases in Palestine

Palestine has recorded four deaths and 532 new COVID-19 cases over the past 24 hours, announced the Palestinian Minister of Health, Mai al-Kileh, on Wednesday.

The deaths involved two in West Bank and two in Jerusalem.

The recovery rate stands at 87.4%, while the active cases rate is 11.8%, and the death rate is 0.8%.

The new coronavirus cases included: 60 in Hebron, 48 in Nablus, 32 in Bethlehem, 55 in Jenin, 33 in Ramallah and al-Bireh, 25 in Qalqilya, 15 in Salfit, 15 in Tubas, eight in Jericho and al-Aghwar, 43 in Tulkarm, 110 in Gaza Strip 11 in the suburbs of Jerusalem and 74 in Jerusalem.

A total of 368 recovery cases involved: 103 in Hebron, 22 in Jenin, 41 in Tulkarem, six in Qalqilya, one in Salfit, 71 in Nablus, 29 in Ramallah and al-Bireh, 93 in Jericho and al-Aghwar, two in Tubas, 139 in Jerusalem and 95in Gaza Strip.

Currently, 40 cases are in the Intensive Care Unit and seven are on ventilators.
