The Egyptian actor, Mahmoud Yassin, has died aged 79, in the early hours of Wednesday, October 14, after struggling with an unknown illness for years.

His son, Amr Mahmoud Yassin, announced the death of his father with a post on Instagram, in which he wrote, “Goodbye father.. until we meet again..” along with a picture of him.
