Jordan Post shuts down following COVID-19 cases

The Jordan Post Company in al-Muqabalayn area has been shut down after five of its employees tested positive for coronavirus, announced the company's spokesperson, Zuhair al-Azza, on Tuesday.

The company will not receive clients and remain closed starting today, Tuesday until Sunday morning, al-Azza added.

In addition, the company's building will be disinfected and PCR tests will be conducted for all those who came into contact with the positive cases.

Jordan has recorded 1,147 new COVID-19 cases on Monday, 1,142 of which are local cases.
