The Arab Army in the eastern military region, in coordination with the Anti-Narcotics Department, foiled an attempt to smuggle 1,055 bags of cannabis into the Kingdom from Syria, according to an official military source from the Jordanian Armed Forces on Monday.

The armed forces will not be lenient with those involved with such violations and smuggling attempts to protect citizens and the country.
