A female high school student has died following a car crash in Al Qweismeh area in Amman.

Nourhan Al-Najdawi was a student at the Asia Secondary School for Girls.

The Minister of Education, Tayseer Al-Nuaimi, extended his condolences in a tweet: "With a heavy heart, we mourn the death of Nourhan Al-Najdawi, a student at Asia Secondary School for Girls, who passed away after an unfortunate traffic accident."
