The U.S. President, Donald Trump, could return to the White House on Monday if his health continues to make progress, his doctors said on Sunday.

"If he continues to look and feel as well as he does today, our hope is that we can plan for a discharge as early as tomorrow to the White House where he can continue his treatment course," said Dr. Brian Garibaldi of Johns Hopkins University, who is consulting the president's medical treatment.

However, Trump has had two drops in oxygen levels since he was diagnosed with COVID-19, but he is continuing "to improve" and he no longer had a fever, said the White House physician, Sean Conley.

Conley added Trump is being now treated with steroid.

Trump had announced on Friday, that he and his wife Melania were infected with coronavirus in a tweet saying: "Tonight, @FLOTUS and I tested positive for COVID-19. We will begin our quarantine and recovery process immediately. We will get through this TOGETHER!"
