A total of 431 new COVID-19 cases have been recorded in Jordan on Sunday, 425 of which are local cases, bringing the total number of cases since the beginning of the coronavirus crisis to 8,492.
Two new COVID-19 deaths have been reported in Jordan on Sunday, bringing the total number of deaths since the beginning of the coronavirus crisis to 45.
The cases are:
• 281 cases in Amman
• 24 cases in Zarqa
• 50 cases in Balqaa
• 11 cases in Irbid
• Seven cases in Karak
• 12 in Maan
• 23 in Ajloun
• One in Mafraq
• 16 in Jerash
• Six people who travelled from abroad.
A total of 96 recovery cases have been confirmed in Jordan on Sunday.
A total of 15,384 PCR tests have been conducted, bringing the total number of tests since the beginning coronavirus crisis to 1,170,897.
