Parents of Kindergartners have the choice to send their children to school or stick to distance learning, said the media spokesman for the Ministry of Education, Abdul Ghafour Al-Quraan, on Thursday.
The decision was made by the Council of Ministers and dealing with kindergartners has become the same as students of the first, second and third grades.
The Minister of Education said final examinations will not be online and will take place in schools.
Quraan added that all textbooks have been distributed to students who came to the education directorates on Wednesday.
Parents of students who did not pick up their books have been contacted to get the books through the school or the relevant education directorate on Sunday morning.
The ministry did not receive any complaints regarding logging into the online education platform, Darasak.
