A total of 15 buildings have been isolated in Amman due to coronavirus, announced the governor of the capital, Saad Al-Shaabed, on Thursday.

The buildings are located in Shafa Badran, Arjan, the Seventh Circle, Deir Ghbar, Al-Bayader, Umm Nuwara, Al-Hashemi Al-Shamali, Al-Qweismeh, Al-Wehdat, Al-Ashrafiya, Al-Rabiah, Wadi Abdoun, Al-Riyadiah,and Abu Nseir.

All buildings have been disinfected to prevent the spread of COVID-19.

The necessary precautionary measures have been taken including positioning police officers at building entrances to ensure no one enters or leaves the buildings.

Health investigation teams are currently taking samples from all residents of the buildings
