One coronavirus patient is currently on ventilators in the Intensive Care Unit(ICU) at Prince Hamza Hospital, in which he is in a critical condition, the hospital’s director, Abdul Razzaq al-Khushman, told Roya on Wednesday.

However, there are two patients who are in the ICU but not on ventilators, in addition to other cases who are recieving treatment in the hospital but not in critical health condition, al-Khushman added.

Prince Hamza Hospital has 80 ICU rooms, and it can be increased to 100 ICU rooms, he added.

He added the hospital has been only receiving coronavirus patients whose health status is between moderate and critical.
