Five deaths, 433 new COVID-19 cases in Palestine

Palestine has recorded 433 new COVID-19 cases and five deaths over the past 24 hours, announced the Palestinian Health Minister, Mai al-Kaila, on Saturday.

The deaths reported included three in Qalqilya and two in Hebron, announced al-Kaila during a press conference.

The recovery rate stands at 67.9%, while the active cases rate is 31.5%, and the death rate is 0.6%.

The new coronavirus cases included: 34 in Hebron, 75 in Nablus, 51 in Bethlehem, 25 in Qalqilya, 46 in Ramallah and al-Bireh, six in Jenin, 18 in Jericho and al-Aghwar, 13 in Tubas, 12 in Tulkarem, 110 in Gaza Strip and 43 in the suburbs of Jerusalem.

A total of 224 recovery cases were recorded in Palestine, including: 141 in Hebron, 12 in Salfit, five in Jenin, 52 in Nablus, five in Tubas and nince in Tulkarm.

Currently, 26 cases are in the Intensive Care Unit and five are on ventilators.
