A man in his seventies has died from COVID-19 at Prince Hamza Hospital in Jordan on Thursday, according to the hospital’s director, Abdul Razzaq Khushman.

The man was suffering from chronic diseases in addition to COVID-19, Khushman added.

The number of COVID-19 deaths in Jordan now totals 16.
