The Ministry of Education released statements on its official Facebook page on Friday, addressing students' parents ahead of the first day of the upcoming academic year.

The ministry will launch an online platform, the link for which will be shared on Monday, where parents can inquire about the type of attendance expected of their children — Full time, rotational, separate groups, or distant learning.

As for private schools, the ministry assured parents that all institutions have fulfilled social distancing requirements and therefore can proceed with full-time teaching at schools.

The Ministry reiterated the need to adhere to health and safety measures, including the provision of hand sanitizers.
