A further 326 coronavirus cases and five deaths have been recorded over the past 24 hours in Palestine, announced the Palestinian Health Minister, Mai al-Kaila, on Sunday.

The new coronavirus cases were recorded across 11 governorates: 176 in Hebron, 19 in Nablus, 21 in Jericho and al-Aghwar, 34 in Bethlehem, 26 in Qalqilya, 31 in Ramallah and al-Bireh, two in Salfit, two in Jenin, four in Tulkarem, one in Toubas and 10 in Jerusalem suburbs.

A total of 740 patients have recovered including 689 in Hebron, 15 in Nablus, 19 in Tulkarem, one in Salfit, and 16 in Qalqilya.

Currently, 30 cases are in the Intensive Care Unit and four are on ventilators.

The recovery rate stands at 64.3%, while the active cases rate is 35.2%, and the death rate is 0.5%, al-Kailah added.
