A Lego hand fell out of a seven-year-old boy's nose two years after it got stuck up there.

The family from New Zealand was out for muffins, when Samir Anwar blew his nose into a tissue and surprised his parents with the Lego piece.

“I found the Lego, I kept telling you that it was there, but you were saying that it was not”, he said.

Two years ago, Anwar's parents were told the piece would naturally pass through his system.

Anwar’s father, Mudassir Anwar, said: "Since then we were pretty confident that he didn't have anything in his nose,” even though the boy continued to complain for a few days after the incident.
