The Public Security Directorate (PSD) is investigating a possible case of child abuse, after receiving a short video showing a man torturing a child, announced the PSD on Friday.

The video has been circulating across social media platforms.

It has not been confirmed whether the incident took place in Jordan or a different country.

The PSD is calling on citizens who have any information regarding the clip, the person involved or the place where it was filmed to call 911 and provide all the details.
