A driver was arrested for drifting in a main street in Amman after the announcement of Tawjihi results on Saturday morning.

Strict security plans have been issued by the Public Security Directorate after the announcement of Tawjihi results on Saturday at dawn, said the spokesperson of the Public Security Directorate.

Ten people were arrested for firing guns and 10 firearms were seized, while 83 persons were arrested for committing other violations, added the spokesperson.

Meanwhile, 149 vehicles were seized and 1,364 traffic offenses committed following traffic violations after the Tawjihi results announcement.
