Authorities have isolated a building in the Um Uthaina neighbourhood of Amman after four residents tested positive for COVID-19.

All four cases are of Arab nationalities, said the Governor of Amman, Saad Shihab.

These cases were among the ones announced on Tuesday during a briefing by the Minister of Health, Saad Jaber.

Furthermore, the governor of Amman said the decision to isolate the building came after a recommendation from the Minister of Health, to enable COVID-19 teams to test those who were in contact with the infected people.

Additionally, 15 cases of the coronavirus were recorded and announced on Tuesday; 13 of which were local.
