Jordan plans to purchase the Russian coronavirus vaccine announced by President Vladimir Putin on Tuesday, said the Minister of Health, Saad Jaber.

Jordan has followed the development of the vaccine since its inception, he said.

Jordanian authorities will communicate with Russian authorities in preparation for the Kingdom to obtain the vaccine as soon as possible.
