Medical staff and governmental officials have been banned from providing further information on the food poisoning incident.

The Health Minister, Saad Jaber, issued a circular outlining that anyone related to the health sector is forbidden from releasing information about the poisoning incident that took place in Ain al-Basha on Tuesday, a source told Roya.

Jaber said he is the only person allowed to talk about the incident, according to the same source.
