Jordan's 19th Parliamentary elections for the House of Representatives will be held on November 10, announced the Chairman of the Board of Commissioners of the Independent Election Commission, Khaled Kalaldeh.
There are seven stages within the electoral cycle, five of which can be done remotely.
Coordination between different governmental departments and the commission is needed to prepare for the elections and finalise voters’ schedules, said Kalaldeh.
Voter schedules can be accessed via the commission’s official website, and objections can be submitted at any of the 44 Election Commission Centres, which are yet to be identified.
Once the date is set and schedules are officially announced, all work related to the elections will not stop even during holidays.
