A man killed his three children when he threw them in front of a train in the city of Mallawi in Egypt.

Initial investigations revealed the man is mentally unstable and had been receiving treatment for more than a year.

Egyptian media reported the man is 50 years old and his children were; Khadija, 8, Amro, 6, and Menna, 4.

An investigation is currently underway.
