Five new coronavirus cases recorded in Jordan
Five new coronavirus cases recorded in Jordan

Five new coronavirus cases were confirmed in Jordan on Thursday, bringing the total number to 1,206 since the start of the crisis.

The one local case is in Amman and contact tracing is underway.

The other four cases involve foreigners currently residing in quarantine hotels; two are from Kuwait, one id from Yemen, and one is from Saudi Arabia.

Three recovered COVID-19 patients were discharged from from Prince Hamzah Hospital on Thursday.

The Ministry of Health reiterated the need to adhere to preventive measures, wearing masks, social distancing, and the use of Aman and Sehtak applications.
