The government has launched Water App to provide easier access to water and sanitation services.

The smartphone and tablet application offers services such as calculating bills, ordering new water subscriptions and reporting water thefts.

It can be downloaded in English or Arabic, and the aim of the app is to improve access to water services through the government’s digitalisation plan.

The app, which has been launched in partnership with UNICEF Jordan, also provides information on how to conserve water and the latest water-saving technologies.
