The Texas Medical Association released a chart indicating the risk of COVID-19 transmission posed by daily activities.
The risk levels were divided into low, moderate-low, moderate, moderate-high and high and were listed by a scale of one to 10.
The low and moderate-low risk activities include opening mail, going camping and grocery shopping.
Moderate risk activities include going to the beach and shopping at a mall.
The moderate-high and high include travelling by plane, working out at a gym and going to a bar.
