A woman in her thirties tested positive for coronavirus in the Kuraymah town in the northern Aghwar, a medical source revealed on Tuesday evening, May 19.
The source said the woman is a relative of an infected man who contracted the virus from the Mafraq truck driver according to Al-Rai' newspaper.
The woman was taken to the King Abdullah University Hospital, while residents of the area will likely be tested as a precaution.
The number of people infected with the coronavirus in the Kuraymah town rises to three cases, including the woman who recently tested positive, a child who is the grandson of the truck driver and another woman who is his relative.
