A member of the National Committee for Epidemics, Dr. Azmi Mahaftha, said on Sunday, May 17, that work in all sectors should be resumed with the lifting of the curfew imposed in the Kingdom.

In a statement, Mahaftha affirmed that this must be done with intensive monitoring at the borders and through intensifying the work of the epidemiological inspection teams, in addition to the rest of the necessary health measures.

The coronavirus has spread in certain areas in Jordan and did not reach the stage of "full community spread".
