Orange Jordan supported King Hussein Cancer Center (KHCC) annual initiative "The Goodness Number", which falls under the "Zakatkom Hayati" campaign to collect donations from those wishing to support underprivileged patients who are receiving medical care at the center.

The Goodness Number is a special line that receives and answers people’s donation-related inquiries. This initiative is part of the company's Ramadan initiatives, through which it embodies giving and solidarity values.

The company’s keenness to support this initiative for the fourth consecutive year is within the framework of its strong partnership with KHCC and Foundation, but this year it coincides with the corona pandemic as a large segment of the Jordanian society is suffering from its consequences.

Orange receives the incoming calls to the Goodness Number and answers inquiries related to the campaign to facilitate donations. Calls are received throughout Ramadan and Eid Al-Fitr holiday from 04:00 PM to 10:00 PM, during workdays, and from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM on Friday and Saturday. The support also includes sending one million free SMS to Orange subscribers during the crisis.

Orange Jordan stressed that as a global company working with a local spirit it took upon itself the responsibility to promote the concepts of social solidarity and cooperation, by providing various forms of support to serve the local community through several initiatives, stemming from its corporate social responsibility and its role as a responsible digital leader and the Kingdom’s digital partner in the Kingdom.
