The Israeli Ministry of Health announced today that the number of deaths due to the novel coronavirus has reached 199.

The Ministry added that a total of 15,398 people have been infected so far, including 6602 recoveries. Of those, 100 are on ventilators.

In addition, the Israeli Health Ministry said the health conditions of 8,372 coronavirus patients were described as minor, while the conditions of 93 patients were described as moderate. However, 132 patients were said to be in critical condition.
