A three-year-old girl died in a hit and run accident in Irbid governorate, north of Jordan, on Saturday, April 11. 

Spokesman for the Public Security Directorate (PSD) said that the speedy driver hit the young girl and fled the scene immediately. 

However, security services managed to arrest the culprit and launched an investigation into the incident.
