A citizen infected with coronavirus and currently quarantined at King Abdullah University Hospital in Irbid governorate has tested negative, Director of the Hospital Mohammed Al Ghazou announced today.

Ghazou told Roya that the patient will undergo another medical test a few days later to ensure that he has fully recovered.

"A number of people undergo medical tests every day to ensure that they don't have the virus," Ghazou stated.

He pointed out that a full floor with a capacity of 100 beds was allocated to receive COVID-19 patients.

He called on all citizens who attended the wedding to stay home and not to have direct contact with others, since most of the cases in Irbid are of people who attended the wedding.
